Negotiation

Services during this phase include subcontractor pre-qualification, bid proposal evaluation, negotiation of technical matters, and value engineering if required:

• Produce performance specifications for the façade systems and materials proposed for tendering
• Attend tender interviews. Review and report on tender packages from subcontractors, drawings, calculations and price (if applicable) issuing tender queries where more information is required
• Comment and make recommendations for subcontractor short list as required
• Report to client and architects over findings of final technical tender offers and provide a ranking recommendation on technical aspects of submission
